President and CEO of Louisiana Lottery Corporation Elected to Join the Board

Baton Rouge, La.  The Nominating Committee of Investar Bank, National Association’s (“Investar”) Board of Directors elected Rose Hudson to join its Board of Directors. Hudson is the President and CEO of Louisiana Lottery Corporation. In addition to her industry leadership, Hudson benefits her community through service on the boards of Woman’s Hospital and the Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge as well as being a board member emeritus of Mary Bird Perkins Our Lady of the Lake Cancer Center, and chair of the center’s foundation board of directors.

Hudson’s dedication has resulted in numerous accolades for her work over the years including Dillard University’s David Dillard Award of Excellence, Louisiana State University’s Public Administration Institute’s Alumnus of the Year Award, National Diversity Council’s “Most Powerful and Influential Women in Louisiana” designation, as well as induction into LSU’s E.J. Ourso College of Business’s Hall of Distinction and Nicholls State University Louisiana Center for Women and Government’s Hall of Fame.
