Investar Bank Promotes Graff to Retail Manager

Baton Rouge, La. – Investar Bank has recently promoted Renee Graff to Retail Manager. Graff has nearly 15 years banking experience and has served Investar for nearly eight of those years in various roles ranging from Controller to Director of Internal Audit. She has most recently been active in serving the retail branches, especially onboarding new branch locations from recent bank acquisitions. She is responsible for the development of the retail team including sales growth and customer service strategies, innovation and implementation of product offerings and expansion of branch and retail channels. Graff will remain involved in overseeing mortgage operations.

Graff is highly involved in the community serving several non-profit organizations – Board Member for Junior Achievement GBR & Acadiana, Audit Committee Member for Volunteers of America Greater Baton Rouge and St. Aloysius Church Parish Leadership Commission. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University. Graff holds a Certification in Internal Audit (CIA) and Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) designations. She resides in Baton Rouge with her husband and two daughters.
